Our Food
Our establishment places a strong emphasis on the typical dishes of the region and its traditions insured by Chef Sébastien Mazet.
Our cuisine has been awarded the "Fait Maison" label: a dish is considered "Fait Maison" if it is cooked entirely on the premises using raw or traditional ingredients.
We also offer a magnificent wine list, with more than 50 Swiss wines, carefully selected for their authenticity and character: a true oenological journey to the heart of the Swiss terroir.
Discover the unique flavors of the country's great vineyards: Lavaux, La Côte, Bonvillars, Les Côtes de l'Orbe, Vully, Chablais, etc. We offer the largest wine list in the Balcon du Jura, an invitation to explore the rich wine heritage of Switzerland!
We also offer a magnificent wine list featuring wines from the Canton of Vaud. Our establishment holds Vaud Œnotourisme certification, as well as the Swiss Wine label (level 3), attesting to our excellent selection of Swiss wines.
